How to Book Joshua
Booking a piano lesson with Joshua is easy! Here’s how you can get started:
- Contact Joshua:
Reach out via the contact form to check available lesson slots and discuss your goals. Joshua will help you choose the best lesson type based on your experience and interests. - Schedule Your Lessons:
Once you’ve decided on a lesson type, Joshua will work with you to arrange a time that fits both your schedules. You can choose between in-person lessons at Joshua’s studio, or request private lessons at your own location. - Confirm Your Lesson Plan:
After finalizing the details, Joshua will confirm your lesson plan and provide the terms of service. Lessons are chargeable at the end of each month, and all communication regarding fees will be handled through WhatsApp.
Piano Lessons Terms & Conditions
Payment:
Payment is chargeable at the end of each month. Joshua will send the fees payable to students or parents through WhatsApp.
Late Arrival:
Lost time due to the student’s late arrival will not be compensated or made up.
Last-Minute Cancellations:
Late-minute cancellations will not be entertained, and a 50% fee will be charged for the cancellation.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
Students must inform Joshua at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson. This policy only applies to students with a valid medical certificate or a legitimate reason. After proper notice, a make-up lesson may be arranged based on Joshua’s availability.
Make-Up Lessons:
All make-up lessons should be arranged in accordance with Joshua’s schedule.
Missed Lessons:
Students who miss or cancel 4 or more lessons may be removed from their time slot and replaced by students on the waiting list.
Public Holidays:
There will be no lessons on public holidays, and they will not be chargeable. Students can arrange a make-up lesson if desired. Special requests for lessons on public holidays will incur an additional charge of $20 per lesson (excluding make-up lessons).
Termination Notice:
A one-month notification is required for the termination of services.
Transportation Fees:
For private lessons taken at the student’s premises, a transportation charge of $20 per lesson is applicable.
